Return & Refund Policy

At Mozeeko, each piece is handcrafted using natural marble and stone. Due to the nature of our products and made-to-order process, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most Mozeeko products are made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom and bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Natural Material Variation

Marble and natural stone may show variations in color, veining, and texture. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we will offer one of the following where applicable:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund (case-based)

Returns (Eligible Cases Only)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, OR

  • The wrong item was delivered

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Processing time may take 5–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

Order Confirmation Token

For Cash on Delivery orders, the confirmation token is non-refundable once production begins.
