ORDER CONFIRMATION POLICY

• Ready-to-ship products (Cash on Delivery) require a confirmation token of Rs. 2,000 OR 10% (whichever is higher). The token amount will be adjusted in the final COD payment.

• Custom and made-to-order products may require 50% advance payment before production begins. Final product images are shared for approval before dispatch. Remaining balance is payable after approval.
